Marcha Isabelle Chaudry, Esq. is a regulatory attorney and founder of Equity Wellness Co., a strategic advisory firm helping beauty, personal care, wellness, and other FDA-regulated consumer product companies bring innovative products to market. She advises founders, executives, and investors on U.S. FDA and FTC compliance, advertising and claims, intellectual property strategy, commercialization, and global market access, helping companies navigate the legal and business decisions that drive sustainable growth.
With more than a decade of experience at the intersection of law, science, and consumer protection, Marcha has become a trusted advisor to emerging brands, established companies, investors, and technology innovators. Her advisory work spans regulatory strategy,
