Our Visionary CEO & Founder
Marcha Chaudry is an attorney and the founder of Equity Wellness Co (EWC), a boutique consultancy specializing in legal and regulatory strategy for beauty, wellness, and consumer-health brands.
She advises companies on FDA and FTC compliance, U.S. federal and state laws, and global regulatory pathways, helping brands reduce risk, strengthen credibility, and build the regulatory infrastructure required to launch, scale, and enter new markets with confidence.
Her background includes shaping national policy on cosmetic safety, contributing to the Modernization of Cosmetics Regulation Act (MoCRA), and serving on regulatory and government relations committees within the beauty industry. She is also recognized as a trusted industry voice, with features in Good Morning America, Vogue Business, HBO, and Democracy Now.
